ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, EVENTS AND SHOOTS
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key part in supporting our waste management and zero waste projects at events and shoots. Apply for this role if you have relevant experience, enjoy working on meaningful projects and have a keen eye for details.
Key Responsibilities:
End to end planning and execution of our waste management projects for events and film shoots
Manage team members and volunteers across onground projects at events and shoots
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure ethical, efficient and timely implementation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Create project reports and share regular updates with clients
Manage small and mid-sized projects
Apply for this, if you:
Have 2-4 years of experience working in a client management role. (Preferably in the events, shoots, hospitality or tourism sector)
Have good project management skills. Enjoy leading and planning for projects, managing teams and handling clients
Are a team player, have good leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
Are eager to learn new things, enjoy taking on challenges, and are detail-oriented
Are passionate about our environment and building sustainability solutions
Love being on-ground at project sites, are willing to travel and roll up your sleeves for impactful work
Location:
This role is open for Mumbai-based candidates only. Please note that the role involves extensive travel within Mumbai and to other cities across India.
