BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: Identify and cultivate leads through various channels. Reach out to prospective clients and effectively manage business queries, showcasing our zero waste offerings for Events, Workshops and Offices.

  • Pitch to clients: Craft and deliver compelling presentations that are customised to meet client needs. Ensure delivery of persuasive pitches to both existing and potential clients.

  • Proposal development: Understand client requirements, curate offerings and create suitable proposals. Ensure timely responses to client requests.

  • Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients,  by understanding their needs and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored offerings.  

  • Client outreach: Conduct regular outreach through emailers, newsletters, blogs, and other mediums to showcase our latest projects and offerings.

  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor, track and analyse key performance indicators related to business development, sales performance, and client satisfaction. Prepare regular reports to communicate progress, achievements and challenges.

Apply for this, if you:

  • Have minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales

  • Enjoy building meaningful conversations with clients, and invest time in cultivating strong client relationships.

  • Have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, complemented by good listening skills. You can synthesise client requirements, connect the dots and pitch relevant offerings.

  • Are perseverant and resilient, coupled with a proactive approach to client follow-up and engagement.

  • Care deeply for protecting our environment and have a genuine passion for sustainability

Location:
This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Mumbai (preferable) or Bangalore. We are a remote-first organisation and offer flexible work hours.
