BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation: Identify and cultivate leads through various channels. Reach out to prospective clients and effectively manage business queries, showcasing our zero waste offerings for Events, Workshops and Offices.
Pitch to clients: Craft and deliver compelling presentations that are customised to meet client needs. Ensure delivery of persuasive pitches to both existing and potential clients.
Proposal development: Understand client requirements, curate offerings and create suitable proposals. Ensure timely responses to client requests.
Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, by understanding their needs and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored offerings.
Client outreach: Conduct regular outreach through emailers, newsletters, blogs, and other mediums to showcase our latest projects and offerings.
Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor, track and analyse key performance indicators related to business development, sales performance, and client satisfaction. Prepare regular reports to communicate progress, achievements and challenges.
Apply for this, if you:
Have minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales
Enjoy building meaningful conversations with clients, and invest time in cultivating strong client relationships.
Have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, complemented by good listening skills. You can synthesise client requirements, connect the dots and pitch relevant offerings.
Are perseverant and resilient, coupled with a proactive approach to client follow-up and engagement.

Location:
This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Mumbai (preferable) or Bangalore. We are a remote-first organisation and offer flexible work hours.
